About Tess-Marie White
Tess-Marie White earned her BFA from the Laguna College of Art & Design in 2006. She has studied art and art history in Italy, and has interned in Exhibitions and European Painting at the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco. She studied at the Golden Gate Atelier in Oakland, CA, from 2011 to 2015, and was honored to receive a scholarship from the Art Renewal Center in 2013.
Tess recently retired from teaching at the Golden Gate Atelier in Oakland, CA, and is pursuing a career in visual development for feature animation. She is studying at Berkeley City College and at the Animation Collaborative, and is participating in a mentorship program hosted by Women in Animation at Pixar. She continues her figurative work at Dogtown Sculptors Studio in Oakland.
